HELL ENERGY is a modern fast-growing company, where we are constantly seeking those industrial and infrastructural innovations that can make our processes more efficient.

Our company is unique among beverage producers: we are market leaders in several countries, with own filling plant and aluminium can factory, and have an automated high-bay warehouse, providing us with an unparalleled strategic position in both domestic and international markets.

Thanks to the developments, after the opening of our new factory unit in 2024, our factory complex is located on an area of 83 hectares. This means that we own the world’s largest state-of-the-art megafactory, operated by the same-owned corporate group, manufacturing and filling aluminium beverage cans at one location.

With increased production capacity, we can manufacture up to 4 billion aluminium beverage cans and 6 billion filled finished products per year, moving up to 31 million aluminium cans per day— producing 13 million and filling 18 million. Additionally, the newly completed factory unit is now also suitable for the production of 500 ml aluminium cans alongside the 250 ml cans, which are also used for FloeWater.

We are pushing the boundaries of filtration technology, continuously seeking ways to improve water quality. Our corporate group strives for continuous renewal, seeking and creating new opportunities to make quality water consumption accessible to everyone in a packaging that is 100% recyclable without any loss of quality[1], and contains a high percentage of recycled aluminium[2].
